Every participant of Cysonic network must respect the rules. This is an important document which you must consider carefully when choosing whether to use the Services at any time. This Agreement also highlights certain risks on using the Services.
We may close, suspend, or limit your access to your Account or our Services, and/or limit access to your account for up to 180 Days if you engage in any Restricted Activities as further set out in these Terms.
We reserve the right to change the rules, commissions and rates of the program at any time and at our sole discretion without notice, especially in order to respect the integrity and security of the participants' interests. You agree that it is your sole responsibility to review the current Terms.
Cysonic is not responsible or liable for any damages, losses and costs resulting from any violation of the conditions and Terms and/or use of our web-site by a participant. Cysonic does not guarantee the time frame for additional commissions or commissions at all. You guarantee to Cysonic that you will not use this web-site in any illegal way and you agree to respect your local, national and international laws.
Payouts are made every month for closing month in amounts which are set in compliance with Terms. Non qualified participants can get payouts after first month in probation period:
70% of the amount for qualification of 70% or more
50% of the amount for qualification of 50% or more
30% of the amount for qualification of 30% or more
10% of the amount for qualification of 10% or more
Participants are Independent Contractors as long as they don't accomplish to fulfill all requirements for permanent steady full time employment.
Any illegal, immoral or other activity prohibited with our Terms or Federal or your local laws will cause immediate termination of any agreement between Cymicom and Participant.
